Frequently asked questions
What is a Minecraft server list?+
A Minecraft server list is a directory that lets players discover public servers they can join. Each listing shows the server's address, edition, status, player count, and a short description so you can tell at a glance whether it's the kind of place you want to play.
How do I join a Minecraft server?+
In Minecraft, go to Multiplayer → Add Server, paste the address shown on the listing, and connect. For Bedrock servers, the address typically includes a port (default 19132).
Java vs Bedrock — what's the difference?+
Java Edition runs on PCs and lets you use mods and shaders freely. Bedrock Edition runs on consoles, mobile, and Windows 10/11, with cross-play between platforms but a more limited modding scene. Some servers support both.
